A lot of us are spending more time at home these days. Knitting and crochet enforce mindfulness, relieve stress and help us all to relax. Our mission is to inspire you, just as we have been doing before, with our sustainable yarns, DIY kits and new craft ideas with recycled yarns.


In line with government regulations our webstore and warehouse in Portugal remain open. Extra procedures are in place to support the health and wellbeing of our staff and our customers. Together with DHL Express we are working closely to ensure the safe delivery at your doorstep. Delivery services are operating around the world, but occasional delivery constraints may occur. We will individually contact all our customers who may be impacted by occasional delivery constraints, affecting transit times.

Can I place an order? And will it be delivered? Our webstore is open and fully stocked, we have taken operational measurements to ensure public health and safety. Staff with desk work is working at home. In our warehouse in Portugal we have incorporated new working routines, with increased sanitary measurements and extra cleaning procedures - and of course we are keeping 1,5-meter distances between staff members. 


Are delivery times different?  
We are shipping on all work days, just like before. DHL express is our global delivery partner and is doing everything to ensure speedy delivery at your doorstep. However, we are experiencing slight delays in certain countries, due to the change in logistical procedures. In some cases, we just have to be more patient.


Is it safe to receive your parcel? 
Parcel deliveries are classified as safe. You can find the latest information on COVID-19 via The World Health Organization. DHL Express has introduced contactless delivery at your doorstep.


How about returns? 
From May 1st 2020 the hoooked office will be open again in a 1.5-meter social distancing work situation. From that moment we are able to receive your contactless return shipment. Our office is not open for external visitors. We have extended our return period to ensure that we can process your return in accordance. Do you have a question about your return shipment?
