2. WHAT TIME DO THE BLACK FRIDAY SALES START ONLINE?

Our Black Friday sales begin at 00:00 (midnight) Portugal time (WEST/UTC+1).

 

3. WHAT IS HOOOKED’S RETURN POLICY?

4. WHY DO PRODUCTS IN THE SAME CATEGORY HAVE DIFFERENT PRICES?

During Black Friday, discounts may vary by product. Even items in the same category (for example, Zpagetti yarn) can have different prices depending on stock levels, colour, or other factors.

 

5. CAN I USE OTHER DISCOUNT CODES ON BLACK FRIDAY DEALS?

No — other discount or promotional codes cannot be combined with ongoing Black Friday offers.

 

6. WILL GIFT CARDS BE DISCOUNTED DURING BLACK FRIDAY?

No, gift cards will not be discounted during Black Friday.

 

7. CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS TO SAVE ON SHIPPING?

Unfortunately, we cannot combine separate orders once placed. To save on shipping, we recommend adding everything you need to a single order.

 

8. HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE DURING BLACK FRIDAY?

9. CAN I GET FREE DELIVERY AT HOOOKED?

Free delivery is available on EU orders over £109. Please note: Cotton Filling, Zpagetti Packs, Spesso Bundles, Juta 8kg/10kg, and Tossa 8kg/10kg are excluded from free shipping.

 

10. CAN I CHANGE OR UPDATE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

If you notice a mistake or forget an item, contact us as soon as possible. Due to high order volumes, we may not always be able to accommodate changes. For shipping address updates, it’s also worth contacting the delivery company directly, as they may assist with rerouting. Always double-check your order and address before checkout to avoid issues.
