Shipping within Europe usually takes 4 to 7 working days - depending on your shipping address.
For shipments outside of Europe please count with 6 to 7 working days (excluding Customs Clearance).
The shipping costs are calculated based on the parcel weight including packaging.
Hoooked does not charge any additional postage or packaging costs.
