At Hoooked we are very proud of our products quality. But of course, we know that there will be situations where you might not be satisfied with your purchase. Or maybe you just changed your mind. No problem! We accept your return items within 14 days after you have received them. The easiest way to start the return process is via your account on our website. Simply click on the order and select the items you want to return and follow the steps.

2. Handling and refund
As soon as we have received your returned items, we will send you a confirmation. We will refund you with the full amount you have paid us for the products. Typically, we will refund within a few working days after processing your return. You can choose between a cash refund or a store credit.
Return shipments are at the cost and risk of the buyer. This means that Hoooked is not liable for returned products if damaged or lost. All return items must be in original, in undamaged state, complete with all accessories, such as labels and packaging materials. We cannot issue a refund or a store credit for used or damaged products.
In case you have paid your order with PayPal, you can apply for a full refund of your return expenses via the PayPal website.
