We are proud to present our new Hoooked yarn: 100% Natural Jute. This 100% Natural Jute yarn from the Amazons is made without the use of fertilizer or pesticides by a BCS certified sustainable family-owned company in Brazil.

Jute is a sturdy 100% vegetable fiber and offers a wide range of crafty possibilities for indoor and outdoor projects. Its natural properties ensure a fully biodegradable final product. Our Jute collection is available in a range of seven toxic-free pastel colours.

Each Jute bobbin weighs approx. 350 grams and has 45 meters length. You can knit or crochet a surface of approx 30 x 30 cm. We recommend to work with needles 10-15 mm.

Jute yarn has shade variances between dyeing lots. Shade variances occur due to a number of issues, but the largest factor is the fact jute is a natural product. Differences in climate may affect the crop and the way it responds to the natural dyes we use. We advise you to consult with us, should you re-order after a previous purchase.
