This crochet blanket is designed by StudioHedwig and consists of 35 squares in 7 different stitch patterns made with soft cotton dk. This is a wonderful textured crochet afghan to decorate the sofa! This crochet pattern for the blanket San Francisco was made for a Crochet-A-Long (CAL) for the Facebook group "Dutch Crochet Talent". During the CAL the crochet pattern for this blanket was published in 5 parts. Here the pattern is converted to 1 larger crochet pattern and translated into other languages. The comments and questions during the CAL have been incorporated in the pattern and because of this, the pattern has become very instructive and easy to follow.
The large number of smaller crochet squares makes this project easy to divide into “bite size portions” , making this crochet cotton blanket an ideal seasonal project for in-between or on-the-go crochet.
