Hoooked Free Online Crochet Class!
Welcome to our free online crochet beginner’s class. We want to share our love for crochet with you all. And we found the perfect month to do it for the first time – March (2023). Known as the crochet month, has to be celebrated! So, we decided to teach and pass our knowledge, doing a free online crochet beginners’ class.
Crochet has many benefits for our body and mind, that you have to try it! So, if you are a beginner and want to learn, join! We will guide you thru your first steps of this creative journey. In the end, you will be able crochet basic crochet techniques and have the tools do learn more and evolute.
We have prepared:
- Launching day, March 21th, 18h CET – we will have an intimate online meeting, via Microsoft Teams where we are going to start this journey together, present Hoooked’s Team, meet you and explain how everything is going to work
- Facebook group – already open for you to join. Here we are going to share all the didactic material (e-book, videos, live sessions, etc). It will be also in this group that we will answer all your questions, release exercises and challenges for you to do. We will be happy if you share your progress with us.
This class is free and to participate you just need to fill the form bellow with your email.
You will receive a link for the Launching Day Online Live Meeting until the end of the previous week (March 17th). You already can join our exclusive Facebook Group here and start getting into crochet good vibes.
What you will need:
To learn how to crochet with us, we will need yarn and a crochet hook. You can use your own material, if you already have it. Or you can buy it from our website. Hoooked’s team will thank you very much.
From our website, we recommend that you have at least the following material:
- 1x Bobbin of our Eco Barbante Milano yarn, in the 200gr size
(this yarn will be for using in crochet exercises; choose a light colour, it is easier for you to begin and recognize stitches)
- 1x crochet hook 4, 5 or 6mm
(the size depends on your tension, but if you are an absolute beginner, go for the bigger one)
- 1x Bobbin of Zpagetti Yarn 700gr
(any colour solid or print; this will be for you to crochet your first project - a storage bag, so choose a colour that you will use)
- 1x crochet hook from 10 to 15 mm (to crochet with Zpagetti)
- Scissors
Note: For crocheting the Storage Bag, you can buy our Starters Set here (instead of a Zpagetti bobbin and a 10 mm crochet hook). Our Starters Set have yarn, needle and the three printed DIY patterns. Limited to existing stock.
To access full class experience, you will also need:
- Notebook and pencil/pen
- Internet connection
- Phone/computer/tablet
- Facebook profile
