Crochet Pouch Pattern (Make 2 Squares)
The pouch is made from two identical squares, worked flat and then joined.
Square Instructions (in Blossom)
Start by making 17 chains.
R1: Starting in the 3rd chain from the hook, work 15 htr. Ch 1, turn.
R2: 15 htr. Ch 1, turn.
R3: Repeat R2 until the piece measures the same length as the foundation chain (about 11 cm).
Fasten off.
Make two identical squares
Assembly – Turning Squares into a Tic Tac Toe Pouch
This is where the magic happens.
- On the front square, mark two vertical and two horizontal lines to create the Tic Tac Toe gri
- Using Lotus yarn, work the grid lines with slip stitches
- Place both squares together with wrong sides facing
- Join yarn and dc evenly around three sides, leaving the top open to form the pouch
- Sew two magnetic buttons to the inside of the pouch so the hearts stay put
You should now have a soft crochet pouch that works as both the game board and storage.

Heart Instructions
In a magic ring:
